Strength, Mobility & Skill:
Approaching Advanced Asana Workshop

This workshop focuses on how to build toward advanced yoga postures, not just attempt them. Postures included: Birds of Paradise, Handstands, Full Wheel and variations, Fire Fly Pose, and King Pigeon.

Taught in a class-style format, each section intentionally weaves together strength-building, mobility and flexibility work, and guided practice of the postures themselves.
