Karma Classes at St Clair West
Join us every Friday evening at our St. Clair West studio for our weekly Karma Class. This one-hour class features our signature Hot Zen Series—a set-sequence, Hatha-style practice designed to help you move, breathe, and reset.
Admission is a $10 cash donation, with 100% of proceeds supporting Peacebuilders Canada.
For over 20 years, Peacebuilders Canada has supported youth facing barriers, particularly Black, Indigenous, and racialized youth, as they navigate the justice and education systems. Their restorative approach replaces punishment with repair, and isolation with community.
