With a background in psychology, massage and theatre threaded to a twenty-year yoga practice, Anna is constantly inspired by the mind-body connection and its impact on and off the mat.
The body is a gateway… to deeper meditative experience, to learning self-regulation through the nervous system, to more awareness and presence.
Anna strives to make your class accessible using challenging and feel-good movement; guiding you through an embodied experience where fluid, thoughtful sequencing, systematic cues, touch and mindfulness lead to a sense of presence, empowerment and ease that extends beyond the practice room.
