Patrick first discovered yoga and meditation in 2008 as a powerful tool for stress relief and personal healing. He then began working as an Energy Exchanger at Moksha Danforth, where he could practice daily.

Inspired by the transformative benefits, Patrick recently completed his 200hr Hatha / Vinyasa yoga teaching training and now shares this journey with others, teaching them how to harness the power of breath and yoga for their own well-being.
